the images.
Illustrative interiors and care studies
The interior, rug-detail, cleaning, fringe-repair, binding and pad images on this website were created with generative image technology to illustrate the subject and visual character of rug care. They are not photographs of Aziz Hamrah’s premises, employees, customers or completed work, and they are not technical instructions or before-and-after comparisons.
Historical museum objects
The historical rug images come from the Cleveland Museum of Art’s open collection. The selected object images are published under CC0. They illustrate distinct weaving traditions; they are not offered for sale and are not examples of work performed by Aziz Hamrah. The museum’s object records provide the authoritative catalog details.
