Before you call or visit
A few details
make a good beginning.
You do not need to know everything about your rug. Bring what you know, and begin with what concerns you.
The rug
Approximate dimensions, material if known, and any label or purchase information.
The concern
Cleaning, a spill, damaged fringe, an opening edge, a pad, or a combination of needs.
The history
Previous cleaning or repairs, any products applied, and when you first noticed a change.
A practical note
Clear arrangements.
Considered care.
What are your opening hours?
Please call 908 756-7811 for current store hours before visiting.
Can you quote a price from this website?
Prices and timing depend on the rug, its condition and the work involved. Call to discuss what you need and how a specific estimate can be arranged.
Do I need to prepare the rug before bringing it?
Ask when you call. Mention any fragile areas, active spill, odour or pest concern so that appropriate handling can be discussed first.
